Returns policy and FAQ

Returns and Exchanges:
 Returns are accepted for clothing if they are not worn with tags still attached, don’t have any foul smells, no deodorant stains, damages or stains at all.
Please email me within 7 business days from package arriving. Buyer pays shipping for return. To start your return/ exchange please email me at shopkrystalandco@gmail.com

For custom tee's or custom items:
I don't accept returns or exchanges for fit or sizing issues.
I only accept returns for flaws, or quality control.
However if there is an issue with your order please reach out to me within 7 days of your package arriving.

Returns on boutique/ shirts/ NON CUSTOM clothing:
You have 14 days to return items for store credit.

What if my item is defective? Take a pic and keep for your return process, beginning with an email to: shopkrystalandco@gmail.com

What if my package is lost?
First file a claim with route and the shipping carrier used. Next email me! While shipping and handling from UPS or USPS is out of my control and not my fault I’d like to try my best to fix the issue if I can.
